Prestige Car Wash

Unfortunately, my side view mirror was damaged due to the side roller brushs. I filed an Incident report immediately right after with Prestige. I even have it on dashcam, pictures and everything. I was consistent at first, making sure that it was being tracked. You will receive snappy and defensive email responses, borderline disrespectful, and they will wait for you to forget about it. Trust me it's a waste of time to get them to reimburse for their cause in damage. Ended up costing me around $700 to repair my sideview mirror. I've been coming to Prestige for at least 3 years. Never complained even with the minor scratches you get after those automatic washes. Honestly the workers are pretty chill, and I used to recommend my friends and family their membership. Too bad there wasn't a referral incentive. But the mirror damage was the last straw. I will never go to them again, I will never recommend Prestige to anyone. It's overpriced for the damage they will cause. If you haven't had problems yet, you will eventually. Now I have to spend my time filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Consumer Complaint.

Cracked Windshield I went into the car wash and as soon as I exited the car wash, I noticed the crack spanning the entirety of my windshield. The gentleman working was very helpful and tried his best to help me when I brought the issue to note while still at the location. I submitted a request to customer service and I just got an email back 4 weeks later saying: “Upon review of the vehicle, a pre-existing chip was observed in the windshield prior to service. Based on our assessment, the condition of the windshield was already present when the vehicle entered our facility.”. I know for a fact that the windshield was not cracked upon entering as I would have noticed immediately when it happened. Plus, if it was cracked going into the car wash, the pounding of the washer curtains inside surely would have made my windshield crack more and cave in.

Broke my mirror off in the tunnel and then refused to cover repair costs. Went into the wash with a perfect side view mirror. The spinning wash struck the mirror and then blew the cover off. Prestige refused all liability and didn’t cover the $100 repair costs.

First time here. Seems like a good place to go to if you are into washing your own car. If not the membership seems like a good option!
